TALL GUY PROBLEMS

I'm Ben, the 195 cm slim founder of Just Tall. I've had many tall people problems over the years, such as hitting my head on short guy doorframes, getting cold feet in bed, having horrible showers and wearing horrible fitting clothing.

I wanted to set up a small business and fix one of these problems. Which problem could I fix the easiest? Definitely not doorframes. Who would want a new hole blown into their house for a tall friendly door? And if they're renting, their landlords would go ballistic. Setting up a 'tall renovations' company would cost ££££ too, and I had a very limited small business budget.

I also thought about tall friendly beds and tall friendly showers. Shipping extra long beds weighing half a ton around the world clearly wasn't economically viable. On the flip side, shipping tall modified shower heads was doable, but even the most useless DIY chaps could take a drill and move their shower heads up 20cm.

THE EASIEST SOLUTION

So that only left horrible clothing. I thought I'd have nothing to lose getting a few tall t-shirt samples in. Nowhere near as risky as tall doorframes, tall beds and tall shower heads.

So that's what made me think about Just Tall. A brand for guys who are exactly that. As a tall, slim, 'just tall' guy, I've ALWAYS failed to find clothes that fit at big and tall stores. And there are loads of big and tall stores out there.

But thankfully we’re not another big and tall store. Because not all of us get wider the taller we get. Many stay skinny the taller we get. And we rarely find clothes that fit at regular stores (too short) or big and tall stores (too baggy).

TALL SKINNY GUYS NEED LOVE TOO

Tall skinny guys suffer, and we don’t deserve it. We deserve, just like everyone else, to wear great fitting clothing that flatters our lean frames.

I thought it was about time tall skinny guys found the right fit just as easily as short guys and big & tall guys. So I founded Just Tall, a simple & sustainable tall lifestyle brand especially for these 'just tall' guys.
