Refund policy

Keeping things simple (and tall) is our middle name, so our return policy is short, simple and sweet. We expect you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we’ll fix any problems fast.

• Return the item(s) you bought unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving for one free exchange or 100% product refund. There are no restocking nor other fees.
  
• UK and USA customers receive a prepaid shipping label to send back their item(s) free of charge!
• FINAL SALE items (clearly marked FINAL SALE beside the product price) are the only exception to this policy and can't be exchanged or refunded.
• Customers outside the UK and USA are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service to help make sure we get the item(s) back. We can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
• You're welcome to order multiple sizes and return the wrong ones, but do check out Our Fit page. It's really accurate and will help you get the right size the first time. By helping to reduce our returns you're helping us meet our sustainability goals.
• We will process exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need your replacement urgently, make a new order and we’ll process a refund on your original order.
• We will process a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours of receiving your return. Processed refunds to debit and credit cards take 48-72 hours to go through. Processed refunds to store credit will happen instantly.
• If you get a defective item (you’re very unlucky if you do – but it happens), please take clear pictures and we’ll send a free replacement within 48 hours.
