UK Shipping

 

We ship all orders from Earith (near Huntingdon). All prices include VAT. Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 24 include £150 insurance and Royal Mail Special Delivery includes £750 insurance!

 

• Order before 4pm GMT for same day dispatch (Mon-Sat). We dispatch orders after 4pm the following day. We don't ship on Sunday or on bank holidays.

• We'll send you tracking info by email.

• Please double check when entering your address and contact number.

• If you're not at home, follow the instructions on the courier's card to rebook delivery. Please do this within 3 days to avoid the shipment returning.

USA Shipping

 

We ship all orders from Pennsylvania. All shipments include $100 insurance!

 

• USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) costs only $5 (flat rate) and is FREE on all orders $45+.

• USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days) costs only $8-$15 (depends on package weight and destination).

• UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days GUARANTEED) costs $25 (flat rate up to 4.5lbs). Orders arrive by the end of the 2nd business day.

• UPS Next Day Air (1 business day GUARANTEED) costs $60 (flat rate up to 4.5lbs). Orders arrive by the end of the next business day.

• Order before 6am EST for same day dispatch (Mon-Fri).  We dispatch orders after 6am the following business day. We don't ship on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. So orders made on a Friday after 6am EST, Saturday or Sunday are all shipped the following Monday.

We ship all orders from the UK so you won't pay any Trump related tariffs.

 

• Royal Mail Tracked (7 business days) costs $20 CAD (flat rate) and is free on all orders $150 CAD+. You might have to pay VAT and customs fees to Canada Post when your order arrives. Contact your local customs authority for more information as we're not responsible for these fees. 

• Order before 12pm EST for same day dispatch (Mon-Sat). We dispatch orders after 4pm the following day. We don't ship on Sunday or on bank holidays.

We ship all Europe orders from the UK.

 

• Tracked Shipping (4-7 business days)* costs 10 euros (flat rate) and is FREE on all orders above 50 euros. Faster shipping options available on checkout.

• All EU prices include customs and VAT.  Keep your order total under 150 euros and you won't pay anything extra when you receive your order. Relax - no unexpected fees.

• Prices in non-EU countries don't include customs and VAT. You might have to pay VAT and customs fees to the courier when your order arrives. Contact your local customs authority for more information as we're not responsible for these fees.
