Keeping things simple (and tall) is our middle name, so our return policy is short, simple and sweet. We expect you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we’ll fix any problems fast.
- Return the item(s) you bought unworn, unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving for a free exchange or 100% product refund. There are no restocking or other hidden fees.
- UK and USA customers will receive a prepaid shipping label to send back their item(s) free of charge!
- Customers outside the UK and USA are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service to help make sure we get the item(s) back. We can’t accept responsibility for items lost in transit, which is common with untracked services.
- You're welcome to order multiple sizes and return the wrong ones, but do check out Our Fit page. It's really accurate and will help you get the right size the first time. By helping to reduce our returns you're helping us meet our sustainability goals.
- We will process exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you need your replacement urgently, make a new order and we’ll process a refund on your original order.
- We will process a refund to your card within 48 hours of receiving your return. It could take between 7-10 working days to show on your original payment method.
- If you get a defective item (you’re very unlucky if you do – but it happens), please take clear pictures and we’ll send a replacement within 48 hours (you don’t need to send it back to us).
